Our experience includes jury trials and court trials to verdict in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Colorado District Courts, trials before the Colorado State Personnel Board, the Equal Opportunity Commission and numerous proceedings before administrative agencies, state and federal, including the Colorado Civil Rights Commission, United States Department of Labor, the Merit Systems Protection Board, Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. Our attorneys have significant experience in appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the Colorado Supreme Court and the Colorado Court of Appeals. We have a solid reputation for excellence in legal representation for individuals and small businesses.

Our attorneys are well-known for their areas of specialization. Thomas Arckey was honored in 2006, 2007 and 2008 as a Colorado Super Lawyer in Employment & Labor as well as Business Litigation. Tom Arckey has taught Continuing Legal Education classes for other attorneys in areas of employment law, including federal and state laws on discrimination, such as Title VII, The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, non-competition and trade secrecy agreements. We regularly counsel clients on legal issues of employment and business matters.
