Our attorneys are well-known for their areas of specialization. Thomas Arckey was honored in 2006 and 2007 as a Colorado Super Lawyer in Employment & Labor as well as Business Litigation. John Reha is a recognized expert in Colorado non-compete and non-disclosure agreement drafting, enforcement and defense. He is also the creator, author and instructor for a course for CPA’s, concerning the sales of businesses. Mr. Reha has taught this nationwide course for almost 20 years under the auspices of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. Both Tom Arckey and John Reha have also taught Continuing Legal Ed classes for other attorneys on non-competes, trade secrecy and other employee "exit" issues for many years, which gives our firm a significant edge in resolving our clients' often complex and challenging problems.
